Hello. I’m David Presnell, the owner of Presnell’s Printing Company. Thank you for stopping by! I’ll try not to keep you too long, but I do want your business and I believe that the team at Presnell's can help you. Your business envelopes are very important. If you already know what you want, just Click Here to get started with your new business envelope order. If you need to reorder your envelopes (previously printed by us), Click Here. If you would like to learn more about creating the perfect envelopes for your business, read on down to the bottom. It will only take a couple of minutes. Again, thanks!

Presnell’s Printing Company has been creating professional envelopes for our customers for over 17 years. From your ideas, we will graphically design and print the perfect envelope for your business. If you need help with ideas, we can help you with that, too. It’s our job to help businesses succeed! If you don’t have a logo, or would like to upgrade your logo, let’s start there, first. Click Here to go to our logo page and learn more about how important a good logo is to the overall success of your business.

You can design your own envelopes in many desktop publishing programs provided you follow our Design & Submission Requirements. If you would like to let us design it for you – one that you know will attract more customers to your business – there is a one-time set up charge. It’s based on how much time we put into designing your envelope. If you have a great logo, you definitely want that on your envelope. Sometimes we receive low quality logos or art from our customers that require time to fix, too. Most of our time-based, one-time set up charges run from $24 to $48, but we will send you an estimate before we do anything. When you reorder, you only pay for printing. That’s right! Our price usually drops when you reorder! If you don’t have a logo, Click Here.

Ok, I hope all that wasn’t too painful. Let’s go over some of the reasons for having a professional business envelope in the first place.

1. Stops wasting your time rubber stamping envelopes

Rubber stamped envelopes look very unprofessional to your customers. You can have simple, inexpensive, printed black & white envelopes designed for your statements or for general use. If you have a logo and custom-designed letterhead and business card, you can also have an envelope matching your other stationery; same style of paper and same colors. For professional envelopes, you should include your logo, your business name, and your street address. Some service agencies and government agencies only use a return address with no business name or logo to help provide some privacy to the recipient of the envelope.

2. Helps your potential customers remember you

Having your envelopes, Business Cards and Letterheads match in design and style will start the process of helping your customer remember you. You are developing an identity. The first goal of a mailing is to get the recipient to open the envelope. There are other very powerful ways to use your envelopes to help your customer remember you and help you market your business.

3. Reflects your company’s marketing plan

Be sure your envelope agrees with your overall marketing plan and business values. For example, a professional such as an attorney may want a very restrained, clean design that implies professionalism. An artist may want a photo of their art on the envelope or in the background. Your business envelope should also agree in design with your other marketing materials, too. Now, you can try some really cool design tools I have developed and refined over the years. Did you know you can use certain space on the envelope to place marketing messages? As long as you stay within USPS requirements and regulations, it’s a perfect way to place a marketing message. Just keep it very simple and one basic thought.   Here’s one idea. When you send out statements, have a simple offer printed under your address such as, “Get $20 Off Your Next Order – Details Inside.” This will probably get your envelope opened. Once inside, they will see a card with the statement stating, “We appreciate your business! Pay your statement balance in 15 days and receive $20 off your next order. That’s our way of saying thanks for your business and your fast payment.” Try your own version of this to fit your marketing plan. There’s right and wrong ways to use this, so think it through. Envelopes usually go straight to your customer’s office, so this is an excellent way to inform your customers of sales or other programs. Just be brief. Also, think about the postal workers who will see that you offer good deals to your customers. There’s many more ways to use messages on your envelopes to help your bottom line.

4. Makes your business stand out from your competition

You might want to take a look at some of your competitors’ envelopes before we design yours. It’s always good to know what your competition is up to. Once you’re sure you are not copying anything your competition is doing, develop unique ways to stand out from them. Here are some thoughts. When you email a confirmation of a big order from a customer, drop them a thank you letter printed on your professional letterhead, place into your matching envelope, and be sure and include your matching business card. You might also include a discount coupon or a shopping card, or maybe some game tickets, if you are into those things. This alone will blow most of your competition out of the water. I’m sure you can think of many more creative ways to use envelopes to increase your sales.

Tell us what you need. If you have an idea for an envelope that might help your marketing strategy, let us know and we will offer some suggestions for you to think about.
